We automate the slow part of your work. In days.

Studio Snel finds the one task that eats your team’s week, builds an AI automation for it on the tools you already use, and has it running while the idea is still fresh.

Air · n = 1.00

Light takes the fastest path. Work can too.

A ray of light that leaves glass for air bends away from the perpendicular. It is not being clever. Of all the routes between two points, light follows the one that takes the least time, so it spends as little of its trip as it can in the slow medium.

A lifeguard on a beach does the same: run along the sand, where running is fast, then swim the shortest stretch of water. We route work that way. People keep the part where they are quick and needed: deciding, checking, talking to customers. The rest goes through the medium where it moves fast.

What we automate

Tasks that repeat, follow rules most of the time, and still take a person’s attention every time.

Calls and voicemail

The slow wayThe phone rings while everyone is on site, and the message is a scrawl on a box.

What runs insteadA voice agent picks up in your name, takes the details, reads numbers back, and mails you the call.

Requests and leads

The slow wayA contact form that says “tell us more” and lands in a shared inbox.

What runs insteadA short flow that asks the right questions, sorts the request and sends it to the right person.

Running here: run 02

Reports

The slow wayThe Monday spreadsheet somebody builds by hand from five dashboards.

What runs insteadNumbers pulled on their own, held against a usual week, and the odd one out named in a sentence.

Running here: run 03

Documents and data entry

The slow wayInvoices, orders and forms typed over from PDFs, one field at a time.

What runs insteadDocuments read and checked, entered into your system, with a person approving whatever is unclear.

On request

Content from facts

The slow wayAn event, a product or a listing that needs a poster, a clip or a sheet, made from scratch each time.

What runs insteadThe facts you already have become the visual, in your style, ready to post.

How a run goes

One task at a time. The first one is live before a plan for the year would be written.

  1. Day 1

    Measure

An hour on a call. We pick the one task that costs the most hours, time it, and agree what done looks like.

  2. Days 2 to 5

    Build

We build on your tools and accounts, test it on your real cases, and show you every step it takes.

  3. Week 2

    Run

It goes live, with a person who can overrule it. We watch the first runs with you, then pick the next task.
